Apparently, the Federation’s management took a hard line that, in order to take advantage of the incentive package, people had to agree to be off the payroll by July 15th. I’ve asked the Federation’s management for its position on the package but have yet to get a response (which, unfortunately, has been the public relations department’s way of doing business…no explanation, no comments…makes the Bush Administration seem open by comparison).
