So, I’m not shocked that this happened but there’s a big question: will the Justice Department prosecute this guy:
The National Labor Relations Board announced on Sunday that one of its five members, Terence F. Flynn, had resigned after the board’s inspector general found that Mr. Flynn, a Republican, leaked documents to G.O.P. allies.
The Administration seems gung-go to prosecute people who leak information to the press. Why not this?
(as an aside, loyal readers–if there are any left–, yes, I’ve been on an extended blog break, announced as it were. Will try to gear back up here in the next few weeks–other stuff has taken time and energy)
