So far, I’m two for two on this weekend’s games–though since I didn’t post anything, why would you believe me? So, to rectify that and get on record:

San Diego 24, Patriots 17: sorry, Pats fans, it’s over.

Seattle, 17, Chicago 10: It’s awful weather in Chicago and I see the Bears, with Rex Grossman melting like the wicked witch of the West, turning into the top-seed bust of the playoffs.

I’ll post my conference championship picks during the week but I have to say that I do have, like others, a soft spot for New Orleans–wouldn’t a Super Bowl be nice for that city?
